This property in Park Manor, Castleknock, Dublin 15 is quite a spacious 5 bed property with 2 main bathrooms and 2 en suit bathrooms with a with a disproportionate kitchen and dining room at the back and a quite large living room and study to the front.
Ray and Sandra asked us to come on board and help them modernize there home, while this property is quite generous in size it has become a little inadequate for there needs now that there family is grown up and left home.
Up stairs the main change was redesigning the smaller of the main bathrooms into a laundry room other than that there was just some cosmetic changes.
The double fronted aspect of the house created a small room to the front left of the house which Ray and Sandra never really used so we decided to knock the wall between the hall and front room and move the stairs to allow for a double hand railed stairs and double bull nose step.
The rear of the house was where the kitchen and dinning room was located, Ray and Sandra wanted to extend so we built a small flat roof extension with 6meter wide Alu Clad lift and slide door with an Alu Clad corner window.
In the garden we fit a sand stone patio area and paths around the property.
Once again our builders Dublin, tradesman and design team created exactly what Ray and Sandra wanted.
