We are doing this once so we want to do it rite. this way part of our brief and soon became the theme of this renovation for Tom and Trish in Castleknock.
When Tom and Trish bought this house it was in desperate need of some extensive modernising throughout kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, windows and doors. From the start they wanted a complete renovation of this property.
Once the property had been stripped back all external walls were insulated and new triple glazed PVC windows and a Palladio hall door were fit.
All floors on the ground floor were were tiled using porcelain wood effect tiles throughout.
The main feature of the house is the solid ash kitchen painted in Farrow and Ball Elephants Breath, or carpenters built some of the stunning features we included in the kitchen are a large oak larder unit and bi-folding doors and the Calacatta Gris worktops with the Boston edge detail really finishes off the kitchen impeccably.
While the kitchen is the stand out feature of this home there are other features found throughout the home, from the wall paneling with its ornate detailing that stretches from the hall door all the way to the attic bedroom, too the feature walls or the pop up tv in the master bedroom every detail was thought through meticulously.
There are the state of the art kitchen appliances or the lavish chandelier which hangers perfectly over the custom made dining table or the modern version of the column radiators down to the finer details like the window squeegee which connects seamlessly to the shower doors.
While Tom and Trish had a vision of what they wanted to achieve, our years of experience and product knowledge along with out team, sub contractors and suppliers who took there time to listen too and understand what they wanted to achieve from there new home
